Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
ORVITech develops online tools and software products designed to solve practical tasks in a straightforward way. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you visit orvitech.dev or use its tools, how we use that information, and what choices you have.
Most ORVITech tools can be used without creating an account, signing in, or providing payment information.
Information We Process
Depending on the tool you use, ORVITech may process technical information needed to provide the requested service. This may include URLs entered by the user, files submitted for processing, technical request data, or content that the user chooses to provide.
ORVITech does not require user accounts or login credentials for its general tools, and we do not collect credit card details, banking information, or other payment information.
Technical Information and Logs
When you visit ORVITech, our infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, request date and time, requested pages, and other connection-related information.
This information is used to operate the site, detect errors, protect our services from malicious or automated traffic, and maintain reliable performance.
File and Content Processing
Some ORVITech tools run entirely in your browser. Other tools need to send information temporarily to our servers in order to perform the requested operation.
When server-side processing is required, ORVITech uses that information only to complete the requested task. We do not use submitted files to build advertising profiles, and we do not keep them as a permanent file library.
Certain large-file tools may temporarily store files in our infrastructure while processing is completed. Files from completed jobs are normally deleted around one hour after processing. Automatic storage rules also remove residual files or incomplete uploads within approximately 24 hours.
Private Messages
The private-message tool allows users to create temporary messages that are stored in encrypted form. The key required to decrypt the message remains on the browser side and is not stored in ORVITech's database.
When a recipient successfully opens a message, the corresponding record is deleted. If the message is never opened, it remains until the expiration period selected by the sender: 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days.
Public Data and Temporary Caching
Some tools work with information that is publicly available on the Internet. ORVITech may temporarily cache certain public results to improve speed, reduce repeated requests, and maintain service reliability.
This temporary caching is not used to build profiles of ORVITech users.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand, in general terms, how ORVITech is used, including information such as user counts, sessions, visited pages, approximate geographic location, and general browser or device characteristics.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish users and sessions. Google states that in Google Analytics 4, IP addresses may be used during collection to determine approximate location information and are then discarded before being stored in Analytics systems.
Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before allowing non-essential analytics cookies or similar storage technologies.
You can learn more about Google's privacy practices in the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising and Google AdSense
ORVITech may use Google AdSense to display advertising on certain pages of the site.
When advertising is active, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising according to applicable settings and consent choices.
Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to ORVITech or other websites.
You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
You can also learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Cookies and Consent
ORVITech and some of its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for necessary site functions, analytics, and, where applicable, advertising.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide a consent mechanism that allows you to accept, reject, or manage available categories of non-essential cookies in your region.
Infrastructure and Service Providers
ORVITech uses specialized providers to operate the service. These providers may process technical information only to the extent necessary to provide their respective services.
- Render, for website hosting, backend services, and background processing.
- Cloudflare, for content delivery, security, bot protection, traffic management, and temporary storage of certain files.
- Google, for Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts, and certain services or APIs used by some tools.
- Zoho Mail, for receiving and managing messages sent to our support email address.
Google Fonts
ORVITech uses Google Fonts to display certain typefaces. When these fonts are loaded, your browser may make requests to servers operated by Google and transmit technical information needed to deliver the requested font files.
External APIs and Services
Some tools may query external APIs to retrieve public information requested by the user. For example, certain functions may use Google or YouTube services to retrieve publicly available information through their APIs.
When we use an external API, the information sent is limited to what is necessary to perform the relevant request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect our services, including HTTPS connections, access controls, temporary storage where needed, and infrastructure security tools.
No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to limit the information we process and keep it only for as long as necessary to provide our services.
Children
ORVITech does not provide adult-oriented content and does not require users to provide a date of birth to use its general tools.
We do not intentionally request personal information from children. If you believe a child has improperly submitted personal information to us, you may contact us so we can review the matter.
External Links and Products
ORVITech may contain links to other websites, services, or products, including products developed by ORVITech that operate independently. Those services may have their own privacy policies and practices.
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to orvitech.dev and the tools provided directly through this domain.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, meet technical or security requirements, resolve problems, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Specific retention periods vary depending on the feature being used. Where a tool uses temporary storage, we aim to use automatic expiration or deletion mechanisms.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how it is processed.
Because ORVITech does not use user accounts for its general tools, in many cases there is no personal profile associated with a visit. If you have a request concerning information you believe we may hold, contact us and we will review it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our tools, providers, or practices change. If we make material changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
